Boullies Travel to PTS: here is our story. We have moved to Protected Trust Services and we want to tell you exactly what that means, why we made the move and what it means for you going forward.

Not Just Travel: the foundation that led to Boullies Travel to PTS

When Boullies Travel launched, joining Not Just Travel as a franchisee was the right move. It gave us a platform, a framework and the tools to get started quickly. As a result, it let us do what we do best from day one: find the right holidays for the right people and look after them properly.

Over four years, the business grew steadily. A loyal client base built up around us. Clients came back again and again, referred their friends and family and trusted us with some of the most important trips of their lives. Honeymoons, family Lapland adventures, milestone cruises and once-in-a-lifetime long-haul journeys. Above all, we are proud of what those four years produced.

Not Just Travel gave Boullies Travel the start it needed. However, as the business grew, it became clear that the next stage required something different.

First and foremost, we want to reassure everyone with an existing booking: nothing changes for you. We look after every booking with the same love and care you have always received. Should anything change that affects your booking directly, we will contact you personally, exactly as we always have.

Looking at what the future requires

Building a travel business that genuinely serves clients for the long term requires the right tools. We looked ahead at the kind of agency we wanted to become: more flexible, more capable and more in control of the journey for our clients. So we began a thorough review of the market.

Naturally, that review took time. We looked at what mattered most: financial protection for our clients, flexibility for us as a business and the ability to work with the best suppliers anywhere in the world. In addition, we needed the capability to deliver a faster and more personal service. Ultimately, one partner stood out clearly.

Why Boullies Travel to PTS was the right choice

Boullies Travel chose Protected Trust Services because PTS offers something no other arrangement could: genuine flexibility alongside strong financial protection. We are proud to be PTS member 6494.

Every penny you pay sits in a PTS ATOL Trust account, fully authorised and audited by the Civil Aviation Authority. PTS holds ATOL number 11330 and the trust account is CAA approved and audited. Moreover, your money stays completely separate from our business finances, from the moment you pay until the moment you travel. If any supplier ever fails, your investment is protected in full.

Simply put, that is not small print. It is the foundation everything else sits on.

Your holidays remain fully ATOL protected with Boullies Travel to PTS

Every holiday we have ever arranged has been ATOL protected. That will never change, however. Right now, all flight-inclusive bookings carry ATOL protection through the licence held by the tour operator or supplier. You receive an ATOL certificate on every applicable booking.

We are also working towards our own ATOL licence. Holding it will let us craft completely bespoke trips from the ground up, working directly with any supplier we choose, anywhere in the world. Furthermore, it will give us greater flexibility to build trips that exactly match what our clients want. When that milestone arrives, we will let you know.

A faster, more personal service

Moving from Boullies Travel to PTS means we now manage more of our own admin directly. For example, you will notice this most clearly with booking confirmations.

Previously, confirmations could take two to three days. That has now changed. In most cases, you will now receive your confirmation within a couple of hours.

What this means for you as a client

In short: more. More flexibility in what we can offer, more capability to build trips tailored to you and faster confirmations. Above all, the same standard of personal care that has always defined the way we work.

The range of destinations, suppliers and experiences we can access continues to grow. Our cruise offering is expanding. As a result, the relationship you have with us, personal, honest and built on trust, stays exactly as it has always been.

A word of genuine thanks

Thank you. To every client who has booked with Boullies Travel over the past four wonderful years, thank you. Your trust, your referrals, your feedback and your support have shaped this business into what it is today. We do not take that for granted for a single moment.

In fact, we cannot wait to show you what comes next.

What comes next for Boullies Travel to PTS clients

Many more changes are planned and we will keep you updated as each one takes shape. In fact, the move from Boullies Travel to PTS is not a destination. It is a step. One of many we intend to take as we build Boullies Travel into the agency we know it can be.

If you have any questions about the move to PTS or anything else, please get in touch. We are always happy to talk it through.

Ultimately, this is a shared journey and we are very glad you are on it with us.
