Antigua – Colonial Beauty & Mountain Backdrop
Arrive in Guatemala and transfer to Antigua, a UNESCO-listed city framed by volcanoes. Spend the evening settling into your Charm-category hotel. The next morning, enjoy a half-day walking tour visiting La Merced Church, Plaza de Armas and the Cathedral, followed by free time for cafés or artisan shopping. Optional cooking class available in the afternoon.
Antigua – Free Day with Optional Excursions
Enjoy a relaxed day exploring Antigua’s cobblestone streets, markets and chocolate shops at your own pace. Optional experiences include a visit to La Azotea coffee farm and the whimsical hilltop village of Hobbitenango, or a lively dinner with a traditional Marimba & Morros music show.
Chichicastenango & Lake Atitlán – Mayan Highlands & Volcanic Landscapes
Transfer to Chichicastenango, famed for its colourful open-air market and Santo Tomás Church — an important spiritual centre blending Mayan and Catholic traditions. Continue to Lake Atitlán, one of Central America’s most scenic lakes, for a panoramic visit and an overnight stay in Panajachel.
Panajachel – Explore Lake Atitlán at Your Leisure
A full free day to enjoy Lake Atitlán. Optional activities include kayaking, a traditional Mayan sauna, or the popular Boat Tour through 3 villages — San Juan, San Pedro and San Pablo — with cooperative visits for chocolate and textiles. Overnight in Panajachel.
Guatemala City – A Relaxed Transition Day

Tikal – The Greatest Mayan City

Flores – Free Day or Optional Yaxhá Adventure
Spend the day exploring Flores’ cobblestone streets, lakeside cafés and colourful buildings. Optional full-day excursion to Yaxhá, a peaceful Mayan ceremonial site surrounded by jungle and lagoons, including lunch.
Cayo San Pedro, Belize – A Caribbean Paradise
Travel by road to the Belize border, then continue to the ferry terminal for a 90-minute crossing to Cayo San Pedro (Ambergris Caye), Belize’s largest island. With turquoise water, coral reefs and a relaxed tropical atmosphere, this is the perfect island escape.
Cayo San Pedro – Relaxation & Caribbean Charm
Enjoy carefree days at your beach hotel, sampling fresh seafood, exploring small fishing villages or kayaking to nearby uninhabited islets. Hol Chan Marine Reserve, one of the world’s top snorkelling sites, is close by. Two full free days are included to unwind.
