Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival in Ivalo & Settle into Your Luxury Cabin
Arrive in Ivalo and transfer through the snowy forest to your private Arctic Sky Suite or Villa. Settle in, enjoy panoramic views and unwind by your fireplace or sauna. With clear skies, you may even see the Northern Lights on your first night. Dinner is served in the hotel’s inviting restaurant.

Day 2 – Husky Trails & Reindeer Stories
Husky Safari – 2.5 Hours
After collecting your winter clothing, meet your eager husky team and learn to steer your sled. You and your partner take turns driving as you glide through silent pine forests, open fell landscapes and winding trails — one of Lapland’s most exhilarating experiences.

Reindeer Camp Visit – 2 Hours

In the afternoon, visit a traditional reindeer camp where local herders share stories of Sámi culture and reindeer life. Enjoy a gentle sleigh ride through the trees — peaceful, scenic and perfect for photos. Return to the hotel for a relaxed evening and dinner.

Day 3 – Santa’s Secret Cabin in the Forest
Your morning is free to take a snowy forest walk or relax in your suite/villa. Throughout your stay, Santa’s helpers have carefully gathered details about your children’s hobbies and interests to make the visit personal and magical.

Later, a forest elf appears and invites the children to meet Santa — a private journey designed to feel truly enchanted.

You’ll travel by sleigh through the quiet winter forest to a glowing wooden cabin where Santa awaits by the fire. He knows each child’s name and personal details, making the experience beautifully intimate. A small present is given to each child, and parents may bring their own gift for Santa to hand over.

Afterwards, return to the resort for a peaceful afternoon, a warm drink or time in your sauna before a final dinner.

Day 4 – Farewell Lapland
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast and a final winter wander before your transfer back to Ivalo Airport. Check-out is at 11am, giving you time to enjoy the peaceful surroundings one last time.
