This Croatia island hopping holiday takes you through five of the Dalmatian coast’s finest destinations across twelve nights, travelling by scenic ferry between each island and staying in handpicked hotels from a historic palace in Split to a 5-star seafront resort in Dubrovnik. The itinerary moves at a relaxed pace with enough time at each stop to genuinely explore, swim, and settle in.
Split
Three nights at Palace Divnic by Armerun Heritage, a boutique hotel set within a beautifully restored historic palace in the heart of Split’s Old Town. The hotel overlooks the sea and rooftops of the city, and is just a short walk from the UNESCO-listed Diocletian’s Palace, the waterfront, and the main market. Breakfast is included each morning.
Hvar Island
A ferry crossing brings you to Hvar, where you spend two nights at Aminess Senses Resort, tucked in a tranquil bay near Vrboska with direct access to a natural beach, stunning views of the Biokovo mountain range, and pine forest surroundings. Half board is included. The town of Hvar, with its Venetian architecture and harbour, is a fifteen-minute walk away.
Korcula Island
Two nights at Aminess Younique Liburna Hotel, sitting on a quiet green peninsula just five minutes’ walk from Korcula’s medieval old town. The hotel has direct beach access and sea views across to the mainland. Half board is included throughout your stay.
Mljet National Park Island
Two nights at Rooms Karla on Mljet, often called Croatia’s greenest island and home to Europe’s saltwater lakes — a national park that is one of the Adriatic’s best-kept secrets. The rooms sit right on the beach and the property has a beach bar serving local food.
Dubrovnik
Your final three nights are at the Royal Blue Hotel, a 5-star beachfront resort in Dubrovnik’s Babin Kuk district, just minutes from the historic Old Town. The hotel has two outdoor pools, a rooftop infinity pool with panoramic views of the Elaphiti Islands and the Adriatic, an indoor pool, a spa, sauna, gym, and a restaurant serving a full gourmet breakfast each morning. Your itinerary, day by day
Days 1-3: Split
Fly direct to Split and transfer to Palace Divnic, a boutique hotel in a restored historic palace in the Old Town. Three nights with breakfast, ideally placed for exploring Diocletian's Palace, the waterfront, and the city's markets and restaurants.
Day 4: Ferry to Hvar Island
Take the scenic ferry from Split across to Hvar Island and check in at Aminess Senses Resort, set in a tranquil bay near Vrboska with direct beach access and views of the Biokovo mountains.
Days 4-5: Hvar Island
Two nights at Aminess Senses Resort on half board. The town of Hvar is a fifteen-minute walk through pine forest, with its Venetian loggia, harbour, and clifftop fortress. The island's lavender fields and vineyards are worth exploring independently.
Day 6: Ferry to Korcula Island
Ferry from Hvar to Korcula Island. Check in at Aminess Younique Liburna Hotel on a quiet green peninsula just five minutes from Korcula's medieval old town, said to be the birthplace of Marco Polo.
Days 6-7: Korcula Island
Two nights on half board, with direct beach access and sea views. Korcula's compact walled old town, with its cathedral and narrow stone lanes, is an easy walk from the hotel.
Day 8: Ferry to Mljet Island
Ferry across to Mljet, one of the most unspoiled islands on the Adriatic. Check in at Rooms Karla, right on the beach with a beach bar serving local food and drink.
Days 8-9: Mljet National Park Island
Two nights on Mljet, often called Croatia's greenest island. The national park covers a third of the island and is home to two saltwater lakes — Malo and Veliko Jezero — connected by a channel and surrounded by dense pine and oak forest. Monk seals have been spotted in the waters here.
Day 10: Ferry to Dubrovnik
The final ferry crossing brings you into Dubrovnik, the Pearl of the Adriatic. Check in at the Royal Blue Hotel, a 5-star beachfront resort in the Babin Kuk district with rooftop infinity pool, outdoor and indoor pools, spa, and sea views.
Days 10-12: Dubrovnik
Three nights in Dubrovnik with breakfast included each morning at the Royal Blue Hotel. The historic Old Town, with its limestone-paved Stradun promenade and ancient city walls, is a short drive or bus ride from the hotel. Walk the walls, take the cable car to Mount Srd, or simply enjoy the hotel's pools and Adriatic waterfront.
Day 13: Depart Dubrovnik
Private transfer to Dubrovnik Airport for your direct return flight to the UK.
