Three capital cities sit on the route. Budapest opens the trip with a guided tour, and the ship then cruises the famous Danube Bend. Bratislava follows, with its restored baroque old town and its market stalls. Vienna brings the grandest markets of all, plus a classical quartet recital back on board that evening.

Your itinerary, day by day
Day 1: Arrival in Budapest
Fly to Budapest and step aboard the ship. Settle into your suite and get your bearings before dinner.
Day 2: Budapest
A guided tour takes in the Hungarian capital, split in two by the river. This afternoon the ship cruises the Danube Bend in its wintry colours.
Day 3: Bratislava
Spend the morning sailing towards Slovakia. After lunch a guided tour shows you the city, and there's time afterwards for the Christmas markets in the baroque old town.
Day 4: Vienna
See the highlights of imperial Vienna on a guided tour, then browse the Yuletide markets. A classical quartet plays on board this evening.
Day 5: Budapest
Relax through a final morning of sailing. The ship returns to Budapest this afternoon, leaving time for the city's own Christmas markets.
Day 6: Return home
Say goodbye to the crew after breakfast and transfer for the flight home.
