Over seven all-inclusive nights in a Garden Chalet, your days follow a rhythm of morning and evening group yoga, daily meditation, and a personalised Ayurveda treatment programme advised by the doctor. The chef builds every meal around your individual health and dietary needs using fresh organic ingredients grown on site — no printed menus, no alcohol, no seafood, and no compromise on quality. Unlimited fresh juices and herbal teas are available throughout the day.
