You’ve found a holiday you love… then you spot a price online and think: “Hang on—can you match that?” Totally fair question.


At Boullies Travel, we’re built around making your holiday feel effortless—better planning, better support, and often better value. And yes: we do offer a Price Match Promise on eligible holidays.


Here’s exactly how it works, in plain English.



First: how we’re priced (so you know what you’re comparing)

We work on commission paid by the tour operator or supplier—not by adding extra fees on top of your holiday. That means you’ll usually pay the same as booking online, and for many long-haul trips and “big” holidays (think Disney, Lapland, Honeymoons, Overseas Weddings and major tours), we often deliver better overall value once you compare what’s actually included.



What our Price Match Promise means

If you find a like-for-like UK package holiday at a lower price, we’ll do our best to match it—so you can book with Boullies Travel and still feel confident you’ve got a great deal.



The key phrase is “like-for-like”

To be eligible, the holiday must match on the details that actually affect price, such as:

  • Same tour operator/supplier

  • Same hotel and board basis (e.g., All Inclusive vs Half Board)

  • Same room type and occupancy

  • Same flight dates, departure airport, and flight times (where applicable)

  • Same baggage allowance

  • Same transfers (shared/private) and any included extras

  • Same ATOL / ABTA & UK Travel Package Regulations, protected package structure


If any of those are different, it’s not a true comparison—and that’s usually where “too good to be true” prices hide.



What we need from you (so we can move fast)

To check and match a price, we’ll need:

  • A quick heads-up that you’re also shopping around online (totally fine—just helps us work faster and focus on the right comparisons)

  • A link or screenshot of the cheaper offer

  • The full breakdown (dates, airport, baggage, room, board basis, transfers)



Timing matters: it must be before you book

Price matching can only be requested when enquiring initially.


This matters because building a proper quote isn’t a two-click job. We’ll often check across our 430+ suppliers to find the best-value version of your exact holiday. By the time we’ve done that work and presented options, a lot of time has already been invested.


So if you think you’ll want to use price match, tell us upfront and share the cheaper offer early—we’ll happily verify whether it’s genuinely like-for-like and act quickly.


Once a holiday is booked, suppliers typically lock in pricing and terms—so we can’t retrospectively match a deal you spot afterwards.



What’s usually not eligible

Some online prices aren’t matchable because they don’t reflect a true, protected package, they don’t comply with UK legislation, or they simply can’t be verified. Common examples include:

  • “From” prices that don’t match your exact dates/party

  • Unverifiable quotes (no full breakdown)

  • Arrangements that aren’t a proper UK package holiday


A quick (important) note on protection and compliance

We only sell holidays that comply with all UK legislation. In plain terms, that means:


You’ll sometimes see well-known websites use words like “package” and “ATOL”, but the flight and hotel are sold separately—so it’s not the same thing as a fully compliant, protected holiday package.



For obvious reasons, we don’t compete with those arrangements. If you’re considering one, take a moment to read their 1-star Trustpilot reviews—they’re often the clearest window into what happens when something goes wrong.
