Refund Policy – VIP Commitment Payment:
Your VIP Commitment Payment is fully refundable until we begin securing your arrangements.
Once your request has progressed beyond the planning stage and your arrangements have been confirmed, the payment becomes non-refundable, as we will have already committed time and resources on your behalf.
We understand that plans can change, so if you're unsure about proceeding, please contact us before we move forward with any confirmations. We're happy to pause or adjust your plans at that stage.
If, during our initial planning process, we are unable to offer a suitable solution for your needs, we will refund your Commitment Payment in full — no questions asked.
